BlockTheCalls SMS Terms

Last updated: August 31, 2026.

Program status. BlockTheCalls is preparing optional text-message programs. These terms describe the choices that will apply if you explicitly opt in after a program is available; this public site is not currently enrolling anyone in SMS.

Two separate message choices

Operational messages may include authentication codes, account or security notices, requested service updates, privacy-report readiness notices, customer care, and requested reminders. Marketing messages may include privacy education, product announcements, and offers. The two choices are separate, and marketing consent is never required to request a report, create an account, or use an unrelated service.

Your choices

  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to opt out of the applicable text-message program.
  • Reply HELP for help.
  • For support, email [email protected].
  • Carrier delivery is not guaranteed, and supported carriers may vary.
  • Where re-enrollment is permitted, you may opt in again through a current BlockTheCalls form after a new affirmative choice.
